Rohit Pawar Takes Dig at Uncle Ajit Pawar for Skipping Bhide Wada During His Pune Visit

Pune: The NCP-SP party leader and MLA of Karjat Jamkhed constituency, Rohit Pawar, is leaving no opportunity to target his uncle, Ajit Pawar. Recently, Ajit Pawar took the blessing of Dagdusheth Ganpati of Pune before filing the nomination papers of his wife and Mahayuti’s official candidate from Baramati, Sunetra Pawar.

On this, Rohit Pawar takes jabs at Ajit Pawar. Rohit Pawar posted one tweet on his ‘X’ (earlier Twitter) account and rebuked Ajit Pawar for not visiting the nearby Bhide Wada, where Mahatma Phule and Savitribai Phule opened the first dedicated girl school in India, on his visit to Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Mandir.

In his post on X, Rohit Pawar wrote, “Hon’ble Ajit dada, I am happy that you and Sunetra Kaki took the blessings of Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati before filing nomination papers. But I would have been much happier if you had joined hands in front of Bhide Wada, where Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule lit a flame of girls’ education for the first time in India.”

He further wrote, “But perhaps it is not comprehensible for me that, whether as a result of your new association, you have ignored it or because of your conversation with some Guruji, who made controversial remarks against Mahatma Phule, and on their advice, you chose not to visit Bhide Wada.” Earlier, Bhide Guruji made a controversial statement against Mahatma Phule. Rohit Pawar targeted Ajit Pawar over his meeting with Bhide Guruji at this time.

Rohit Pawar also said, “Whatever the case is, your Modi to Droupadi journey has been fantastic,” targeting Ajit Pawar over his latest remark over Droupadi.
