Ram Temple ‘Bhoomi Pujan’: Intellignece Agencies Warn Of Possible Terror Attack in Ayodhya

New Delhi: According to some media reports,  Intelligence agencies have warned of a possible terror attack at the ‘bhoomi pujan’ ceremony of Ram temple in Ayodhya on August 5. They have also reported of an imminent threat on the Independence Day programme on August 15, read multiple media reports.

Therefore, Security arrangements have been tightened at Ayodhya, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is expecting to attend the ground-breaking ceremony in Ayodhya on August 5.bThe function is also expected to be attended by other VIPs including BJP mentors LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi, Union minister Uma Bharti and other leaders of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the ideological mentor of the BJP.

In July 2005, terrorists had tried to attack the makeshift temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya.
