Rafael deal: Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie and Prashant Bhushan moved to SC

NEW DELHI: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE-  The issue of Rafael fighter jet is in news from last many days. Oppositions are making continues allegations of corruption on ruling party over this deal. Now Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie and Prashant Bhushan moved to Supreme Court seeking First Information Report (FIR) as well as Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe in Rafael deal.

Already Congress party targeting Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) by making allegations over various issues. As well as  BJP found in difficult conditions by daily allegations of Rahul Gandhi. In addition to this former central ministers Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie and Prashant Bhushan moved to Supreme Court seeking FIR and demanding CBI investigation in this matter and thus government gets in more trouble by this.

‘There was big corruption took place in Rafael deal and case should be registered regarding this scam. CBI should investigate this matter in depth and file case, as well as this investigation, should take place under the guidance of the Supreme Court. All these demands made in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie and Prashant Bhushan.

Arun Shourie and Prashant Bhushan recently met with the CBI Director Alok Verma on October 4, they also demanded filing case in Rafael deal scam by making the written application. But they didn’t gate any reply from CBI.

Along with this, the CBI Director Alok Verma is on forced leave in the name of internal dispute in between two tappets officers of CBI and Nageswar Rao appointed as a new director of CBI. But this forced leave of officers also raised other questions like how they can be sent on leave when Arun Shourie and Prashant Bhushan wants detailed inquiry of Rafael deal by CBI. So, that’s why these three move to the Supreme Court as they didn’t get any kind of response.

While talking on this matter the Prashant Bhutan said, “Rafael deal is the biggest scam in defence field of India and this whole matter should be investigated under the supervision of Supreme Court.”
