Pune: Verbal Altercation Escalates! Vegetable Seller and Her Son Abuses and Molests 21-Year-Old Girl Over Parking Dispute

Pune: Getting enraged about removing her vehicle and parking another vehicle, a female vegetable seller abused a 21-year-old girl, and the accused’s son molested the girl. This incident took place in one of the residential complexes in Yerawada at around 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 21.

In this regard, the 21-year-old girl living in Yerawada filed a complaint at the Yerawada police station. Accordingly, police registered a case against the accused, Changunabai, 45, and her son, Deepak, 25, under IPC 354, 323, 504, 506, and 34.

The accused woman is a vegetable seller and runs a small business selling vegetables in front of the building where the plaintiff woman lives. On January 21, at around 8 p.m., the accused woman parked her car in front of the plaintiff’s building and went somewhere for some time. As the plaintiff wanted to park her vehicle there, she removed the accused’s vehicle and parked her vehicle there.

When the accused came and saw that her vehicle had been removed, she got furious. Enraged by this, she abused the plaintiff in obscene language. Further, when the accused’s son came there, he molested the girl and further threatened her. Based on the police complaint, police are conducting further investigations in this regard.
