Pune: Shocking Sexual Assault! Young Girl Raped by Accused Threatening to Viral Her Nude Photos; Complaint at Swargate Police Station

Pune: A police case was registered against one person for brutally raping a girl by threatening to circulate her nude photos and videos to her relatives and on social media. It is said in the complaint that the accused allegedly went to the girl’s house when she was sleeping and captured her nude photos and videos.

The accused in this case has been identified as Saurabh Subhashchandra Gupta. Gupta, 30, is a resident of CGHS Government Quarters, Mukundnagar, Pune.

As per the police complaint, the accused and the victim girl know each other. Between September 2023 and December 2023, the accused secretively went to the victim girl’s house and captured her nude photos and videos when she was sleeping. After that, he started threatening to share those photos and videos with her relatives and demanding physical relations with her for not doing so.

Taking wrong advantage of the girl’s vulnerability, the accused repeatedly raped her. Furthermore, he also assaulted the girl with his hands at the plaintiff’s residence. Distressed by the continuous threats and sexual assault, the victim girl finally registered a complaint against the accused at Swargate police station. Further investigation of the crime is being conducted by Women Police Sub-Inspector Patil.
