Pune Mundhwa Police News | Pune: Sahyadri Hospital Collaborates with Mundhwa Police for Health Check-Up Camp

Pune : Pune Mundhwa Police News | A Health Check-Up Camp was recently organized for police officers and police enforcers in association with Mundhwa Police Station and Sahyadri Super Specialty Hospital, Hadapsar. The camp aimed to prioritize the health and well-being of these dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to ensure public safety. Approximately 75 to 80 policemen underwent comprehensive health examinations during the camp.

 

The inauguration of the health check-up camp was graced by the presence of Deputy Commissioner of Police Ranjan Kumar Sharma (IPS). DCP Vikrant Deshmukh, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ashwini Rakh, Senior PI Vishnu Tamhane, and Inspector of Police (Crime) Pradeep Kakade from Mundhwa Sahyadri Hospital also attended the event. A team of dedicated doctors including Dr. Prasad Jadhav, Dr. Vijay Gaikwad, Dr. Shubham Srivastava, Dr. Reshma Navale, Dr. Roshni Jadhav, Dr. Premnath More, Dr. Viraj Sakle, and other medical professionals ensured the smooth functioning of the camp.

 

During the event, Deputy Commissioner of Police Ranjan Kumar Sharma emphasized the importance of prioritizing one’s own health and well-being. He provided guidance on maintaining physical fitness, as well as addressing concerns related to de-addiction. Understanding the demanding nature of their duties, DCP Sharma encouraged the police officers and officials to incorporate exercise, yoga, and meditation into their daily routines.

 

Various health tests, including CBC sugar and liquid profile tests, were conducted for all the participants in the camp. This comprehensive check-up aimed to identify any underlying health issues and provide necessary interventions or treatments.

 

The successful organization of the Health Check-Up Camp was made possible by the efforts and collaboration of Commissioner of Police Ritesh Kumar (IPS), Joint Commissioner of Police Sandeep Karnik (IPS), Deputy Commissioner of Police Vikrant Deshmukh, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ashwini Rakh, Senior Police Inspector Vishnu Tamhane, Inspector of Police (Crime) Pradeep Kakade, Inspector of Police Tanaji Deshmukh, Swapnil Shivarkar, Ravindra Devdhe, Shital Kale, and other dedicated staff members.
