Pune: Kondhwa Police Capture Suspect in Rs 8.32 Lakh Army Job Fraud Case

Pune: The Kondhwa police have successfully apprehended the accused, who was preparing to escape to Nepal. The arrested individual is accused of cheating a few people with Rs 8,32,000 by falsely promising them a job in the army.

The arrested individual is identified as Ganesh Babulal Pardeshi. Pardeshi, a resident of Krishna Kewala Society, NIBM Road, Kondhwa, cheated people into a substantial sum of Rs 8,32,000 with the lure of a job in the army. However, he did not give people jobs and swindled their money. Subsequently, a case was registered against him at Kondhwa Police Station.

After that, Kondhwa police was constantly keeping his track; however, clever tactics of constantly changing the records and always covering his face with a cloth or mask were helping him to evade police arrest.

Meanwhile, Assistant Police Inspector Lekhaji Shinde, Vikas Margale, and Shashank Khade got information that Pardeshi was preparing to flee to Nepal. Accordingly, police laid a trap and detained Pardeshi in the Kondhwa area when he arrived to purchase something in a grocery shop.

This action was taken by the team of Assistant Police Inspector Lekhaji Shinde, Dinesh Patil, Police Sub-Inspector Vaibhav Sonwane, Amol Hirve, Rahul Vanjari, Abhijit Ratnaparkhi, and Shashank Khade under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Santosh Sonwane and Police Inspector Mansingh Patil.
