PUNE : Pune Darshana Pawar Murder | The death of Darshana Pawar who hailed from Ahmed Nagar and who had achieved success in the MPSC exam and had become an officer, created a flutter. Her body was found in a rotting condition on the foothills of Rajgad. Some shocking facts have come to light in her post-mortem report. Hence, her death which seemed suspicious initially, has now been confirmed as murder.
Darshana Pawar, hailing from Kopargaon in Ahmednagar district, was missing for eight days. Her family members had lodged a complaint with the police. Later, the police found her body at the foothills of Rajgad. A few days ago, Darshana had achieved success in the MPSC examination and she had been selected for the post of forest officer. After the result, she had gone to attend a felicitation programme and she disappeared later.
The post-mortem report proves that Darshana Pawar was killed.
According to the police, the report has revealed that Darshana had suffered injuries on her head and body. Accordingly, an FIR has been registered against an unknown person at the Velhe police station. The police are searching for the accused on a war footing.
It has come to light that Darshana Pawar had gone with her friend Rahul Handore for trekking. A CCTV footage showing Darshana going with Rahul is available. However, Rahul was alone when he returned. Hence, he is a prime suspect. However, Rahul Handore is also missing. His family members have lodged a complaint that he is missing. Hence, complications have increased in the case.
