Pune: (Pune Crime News ) A man fraudulently got transferred properties belonging to his wife by presenting (Pune Crime News ) another woman wearing a mask as his wife at the deputy registrar’s office. The Pune police registered an FIR in this regard.

Rahul Shivajirao Jadhav (32), his lawyer Pradip B. Jadhav, his friend Dipak Chavan and an unidentified woman were booked in this case. Aggrieved woman Kavita Rahul Jadhav (37) had lodged a complaint at the Sahakarnagar police station.

According to the police, complainant Kavita is Rahul Jadhav’s wife. They co-owned three flats in Sai Residency building at Ambegaon. They also had another property in the same area.

However, Rahul Jadhav wanted to solely own these properties. Hence, he, along with other accused, presented another woman at the deputy registrar’s office. He prepared fake documents and misused the power of attorney.

The woman was wearing a mask at the deputy registrar’s office. He posed her as his wife. The Sahakarnagar police filed a case after investigation was conducted in the incident. They were investigating the case further.
