Pune Crime News | Illegal Schools in Hinjewadi: Principals and Operators Face Charges for Fraud

Pune : Pune Crime News | Two school principals and institute operators in Hinjewadi find themselves in legal trouble as crimes have been registered against them for operating schools without proper documentation and collecting excessive fees from students. Suresh Laxman Sable, the Head of Mulshi Division of Zilla Parishad, filed a complaint with the Hinjewadi Police Station, resulting in fraud cases being registered against the accused individuals.

The primary accused include Vineet Bhardwaj, the principal of Rudiment International School in Mulshi, and a female accomplice. Additionally, Gautam Budhrani, the president of Bliss Indify International School operated by the Budhrani Knowledge Foundation in Hinjewadi, and Siza Ali Khan, the principal of the same institution, have also been booked.

Starting a school requires various essential documents, such as an institution registration certificate, government approval letters, no-objection certificates, and land ownership agreements or tenancy agreements. However, during an inspection conducted by Suresh Sable, it was revealed that the directors and principals of these schools had not completed any of the necessary documentation. Despite lacking official authorization, they admitted students, charged exorbitant fees, and even falsified certificates from other schools to create an illusion of legitimacy.

The illegal operation of these schools not only cheated the government but also deceived parents and students who were seeking proper education. The revenue required by the government was unlawfully siphoned off, causing significant harm to the education system.
