Pune Accident News | Tragic Accident Claims Life of Youth in Yerawada
Pune : Pune Accident News | A young man lost his life in a tragic accident on Sunday night after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on the Comer Zone road in Yerawada. The victim, identified as Paresh Sunil Galial, a 26-year-old resident of Maharashtra, succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
The Yerawada police were alerted about the incident around 8 o’clock on Sunday night. According to reports, the young man was riding a two-wheeler when the accident occurred. He was found lying in a pool of blood with severe injuries on the road near the commerce zone, just in front of the mental hospital. The impact of the unknown vehicle running over his head caused his immediate demise. The sudden accident attracted a large crowd at the scene.
Due to the delay in the arrival of an ambulance, traffic in the area was disrupted for approximately an hour. However, the exact circumstances leading to the accident remain unclear at this time. The body has been sent to Sassoon Hospital for post-mortem examination, and the Yerawada Police have initiated an investigation to determine the cause of the accident
