Police beats youth to death, claims relatives

Pune: NP News 24 online – In a shocking incident police has beaten a youth from Pune to death. The name of the youth is Ajit Pujari age 22, who used to do Masonry work. The police are saying that he died because of police beating him badly.

The same kind of incident happened in Sangli district with Aniket Kothari where he was also beaten to death by police.

Ajit was arrested by Swargate police form Kothrud in a mobile robbery case. At the time of Investigation Ajit’s stomach started to pain and he was shifted to the Sassoon Hospital but before the doctor could check him he died. Police are saying that he died of heart attack.

As soon as relatives and friends of Ajit got the news of his death, they rushed to the Sassoon Hospital the relatives of Ajit are claiming that he died because of dangerous beating by police.

As precaution police forces have been called in Sassoon Hospital so that nothing wrong happens.

The Senior Police officers said that as soon as the post-mortem reports come out the reason behind Ajit’s death will be revealed.
