On the very first day of operation, 18 CISF personnel from Delhi tested positive

With the start in the domestic flight operation, 18 CISF personnel who were deployed Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi has tested positive. They all turned out to be corona positive after doing their duty in the airport of Delhi. With these 18 more personnel getting infected, the total number of Jawans succumbed of this deadly virus are 25. 

The CISF has said that the 132 of its employees who were affected by the virus has now fully recovered. According to CISF data, 10 personnel were discharged from the Covid hospital after they recovered fully on Tuesday. Of the 78 active cases personnel, 54 were posted in Delhi, 12 in Mumbai, four in Jharkhand, three in Kolkata, two in Chennai and one each in Hyderabad, Himachal and Chandigarh.
