Nirbhaya Case : High Court to Decide Today whether the Culprits will be Hanged or Execution will be Postponed

New Delhi : npnews24 : Delhi High Court will give its verdict on Wednesday in the Nirbhaya rape case. The Center had filed an application in the court challenging the decision of the court which has ordered the stay on execution of the four convicts.

The High Court reserved its decision on Sunday in this matter. According to the information, the court will give its verdict at 2.30 pm on February 5, Wednesday.

It will also be decided on Wednesday whether the culprits will be hanged together or not. The Central Government had filed a petition in the court, saying that the four convicts are trying to avert the execution by taking wrong advantage of law.
