MS Dhoni became the highest tax payer

MS Dhoni has reportedly declared an advance tax of Rs Three crore for the next financial year.

Former Indian cricket captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni became the highest individual taxpayer of Bihar and Jharkhand region by paying Rs 12.17 crore tax in year 2017-18, said an income tax officer in Ranchi on Monday.

Dhoni is in list A of cricketers of BCCI. Players in list A gets Rs five crores. He left the limited overs captaincy in 2016 making way for next generation captain i.e. Virat Kohli. He also earns from different endorsements and business ventures.

Nisha Oraon Singhmaar, the joint commissioner of IT headquarters (Bihar and Jharkhand) told that MS Dhoni has been the highest individual tax-payer in Jharkhand and Bihar for the 2017-18 Financial Year (FY).

Dhoni is at downfall of his career but die-hard fans of MSD still sport him. Even if he is not doing good for Indian Team then as well he is getting advertisement and he is still one of the most popular players of in Indian cricket.
