Massive accident of bus carrying team of doctors

Pune has been witnessing a series of accidents since past several months, and the sad part is that the condition of Pune traffic is getting worse. In a bizarre incident, a bus carrying a Mumbai-based medical team from Mumbai to Verul was injured in a bus accident near Kedgaon bypass this morning.

A total of 40 doctors were traveling on this bus from Mumbai to Verul. The doctors had headed towards a press conference in Aurangabad at 4 am. According to reports, they had headed towards a medical conference in Aurangabad related to Radiation Oncology for cancer suffering patients.

The team of doctors was working on the process of radiation therapy to cure cancer patients. While traveling, the Luxury bus carrying doctors hit a container in front of the Neel Hotel on the Kedgaon Bypass road.

The accident was so severe that the bus was completely ruptured causing severe injury to almost all the doctors. According to reports, 30 of the doctors were injured; three of them are seriously injured. They have been admitted to the hospital in Ahmednagar city.

In the massive accident, three doctors, Pushkar Ingale, Anil Tibdeval and Jani Calrton, are seriously injured and have been admitted to the private Mexcare Hub Hospital in the city. Other 37 doctors are minorly injured and are under primary treatment.
