Man molests minor daughter because she opposed his desire to remarry; FIR registered against accused and his mother

Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A shocking incident has come to light wherein a 13-year-old girl was molested by her father because she was opposing his desire to have another marriage. (Pune Crime News)
The minor girl has lodged a complaint (101/23) at the Warje police station. Accordingly, the police have registered an FIR against her father and grandmother. The incident took place from 2020 till now, the complaint states.
According to the police, after the complainant’s mother passed away, her father wanted to get married again but she is opposed to this. The girl’s father used to abuse her and molest her. He also tried to molest his second daughter. The complainant’s grandmother tries to defame the complainant by telling others that she is being assaulted by her granddaughter, the complaint states. PSI Bagal is probing the case.
