Maharashtra ISIS Module Case | Conspiracy to carry out terror acts in Mumbai exposed; Accused trained by foreign terrorist organisations, claims NIA

MUMBAI: NpNews24 Online  –  Maharashtra ISIS Module Case | The terrorists arrested in ISIS Maharashtra module case were preparing to carry out subversive activities in Mumbai but they were arrested before they could act. These claims have been made by lawyers of the NIA. In this case, ATS has arrested six persons. Afiq Nachan was arrested from Padgah in Bhiwandi. He was produced in the court and he has been remanded in police custody for eight days. (Maharashtra ISIS Module Case)

The lawyers of NIA have claimed in the court that Nachan and some others have been trained by foreign terrorist organisations. These terrorists who were planning to carry out subversive acts in Maharashtra were using VPN. Nachan has been accused of making accommodation arrangements of the accused and he had taken part in carrying out trials of IED, NIA’s lawyers said.

There is a suspicion that Nachan and other accused were planning to carry out terror acts. Electronic gadgets and documents have been seized from the accused. Meanwhile, shocking information has come to light regarding the Pune terrorist case and the ATS carried out a major operation and foiled the sinister designs of terrorists.

The arrested were staying in the Kondhwa area of Pune. A bomb making training had been organised for them and this has come to light from an ATS probe and bomb making equipment has been seized.

ATS has seized the bomb making equipment which had been buried. Thermometer, Pipette and lab equipment has been seized. ATS has also seized a white powder used in making the bomb. The powder has been seized from areas where bomb tests were carried out. An investigation has proved that the two terrorists had conducted tests of bombs in jungles near Pune, Satara and Kolhapur.
