Lion dies at Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park

Pune: A five-year-old lion died at Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park located at Katraj in Pune.
The lion passed away on Friday.
The name of the lion was ‘Tejas’.
The lion had been unwell from last one month.
Lions Tejas and Sibbu were brought to the Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park from Gujarat almost two and a half years ago.
Both the lion and lioness were the only pair of lions in Maharashtra.
Tourist from all over the State came to see the pair.
The lion was unwell from last one month and he passed away on Friday.
