Lava mobile company to manufacture Nokia, Moto brand smartphones in India

Indian Smartphone manufacturer Lava mobile has joined the select companies, which will work to make the Lava brand as well as other brands of smartphones. In such a situation, the dominance of Chinese Smartphone companies in India is likely to decrease.

According to the report, Lava Mobile Company will manufacture Nokia, Moto brand smartphones in India. HMD Global, the company’s Nokia brand and Lenovo’s Motorola brand, sells its phones as Made in India devices. It also puts the tag of Made in India on the back panel of the phone. In such a situation, the company of these two smartphones has signed a deal with Lava Mobile to manufacture smartphones in India. Nokia and Moto’s Made in India Smartphone will cost less.

The Lava Company is slowly venturing into contract manufacturing and manufacturing low-caste smartphones from companies such as AT&T and General Electric.

Lava is the second-largest feature phone manufacturer in India. The company has set a target of making 30 to 40 million feature phones. At the same time, it is working rapidly in the direction of contract manufacturing. The Lava Company is working towards becoming India’s leading Smartphone Company.
