Kulbhushan Jadhav case: ICJ rejected India remedies, legal advisor Reema Omer tweeted
NPnews24 online: When whole country was waiting to deliver its verdict on Kulbhushan Jadhav case by International Court of Justice (ICJ) and here it ICJ read out the verdict at the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands.

The verdict comes after nearly two years of arguments in front of the ICJ by India and Pakistan. And according to the tweet the court said that Jadhav’s death sentence should remain suspended until Pakistan effectively reviews and reconsiders the conviction/sentence in light of Pakistan’s breach.

Kulbhushan Jadhav is a 49-year-old retired officer of the Indian Navy, he was arrested by security forces in Pakistan on March 3, 2016. Pakistan claims Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border of Charman in Balochistan over illegal entrey into the country.
