Javed Akhtar files defamation suit against Kangana Ranaut

Mumbai : Famous lyricist Javed Akhtar has filed a defamation suit against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in a lower court. In the interview, Kangana is defaming him by making baseless allegations, Javed said in the suit. Javed has filed a defamation suit against Kangana in the Andheri Magistrate’s Court.

Kangana Ranaut’s statements have made people think badly about him. His reputation has been tarnished, the lawsuit claims.

She also targeted certain people in the Actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case that also includes Javed Akhtar. It is said that Kangana Ranaut claimed that Akhtar had warned not to talk about her alleged relationship with actor Hrithik Roshan.

Kangana Ranaut said in an interview given to a website about Javed Akhtar, “Once Javed Akhtar called me at his house and said “Rakesh Roshan and his family are very big people. If you won’t apologize to him, you will not be anywhere. They will put you in jail and then there will be no other way… You will have to commit suicide.” ” These were his words. Why does he feel that if I do not apologize to Hrithik Roshan, I will have to commit suicide. He screamed and shouted at me that my legs were trembling in a way.”
