Jalgaon: Congress District General Secretary Asif Khan killed in a road accident

Jalgaon: Congress district general secretary Asif Khan Ismail Khan (resident Muktainagar) died in a road accident after a truck hit his car on Jalna- Sindkhed Raja Road on Tuesday (February 9). Accompanying him were Congress taluka president Atmaram Jadhav and Adv. Santosh Ingle (resident Melsangve), who were critically injured and are being treated at the intensive care unit of a private hospital in Jalna.

According to the information received in this regard, Asif Khan, Atmaram Jadhav and Adv. Santosh Ingle was coming to Muktainagar via Jalna by car on Tuesday night. At around 9.30 pm, his car was hit by a truck on Jalna-Sindkhed Raja road. Khan died on the spot. Jadhav and Ingle were critically injured and have been admitted to a private hospital in Jalna.

After getting information about this accident, Congress workers crowded outside the Jagdish Patil’s hospital.
