IT Professional Suicide Murder | Techie’s death in May: Software engineer fought with three youths before falling from balcony, say police

PUNE : IT Professional Suicide Murder | The police have arrested three youths and charged them with culpable homicide in connection with the death of a 30-year-old software engineer. The engineer had fallen to death from the fifth floor of a building in Moshi in May. An investigation by the police has revealed that the deceased (Mithilesh Langote) was trying to enter the balcony of his flat after the accused, with whom he was partying, had a fight with him. The incident had taken place on May 21.

 

The accused have been identified as Sagar Gadhave (29), Suhas Gadhave (23) and Mangesh Walunj (23).

Langote fell from the balcony of the flat which he had taken on rent and was taken to a hospital. He was declared as brought dead. The Bhosari MIDC started an investigation after a case of accidental death was registered.

 

 

The police said that preliminary investigation had suggested that Langote fell from the balcony as he was drunk. The police questioned the three accused who said that they had a quarrel with Langote over a minor issue. They assaulted Langote and blocked the door. Hence, Langote went to the balcony to go to the balcony of his flat. He fell down while doing so.
