International Yoga Day In Pune | Women swimmers perform yoga postures in water to celebrate International Yoga Day

PUNE : International Yoga Day In Pune | Women swimmers celebrated the International Yoga Day at Nande swimming tank in Balgandharva area in a joyful manner by doing various postures, chanting Omkar and dancing on the Vitthal Vitthal song.

A demonstration of various yoga postures had been organised by M Fitness Club at Nande swimming pool on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Yoga therapist of the centre Sonali Magar More and her colleagues gave a display of different yoga postures. Accordingly, women swimmers also performed yoga postures in the water and chanted Omkar.

 

 

After performing a dance on the Vitthal Vitthal song, the programme came to an end. The swimming coach of The Champion Club Kirti Dev and Pradnya were present. The women performed yoga postures under their guidance. Senior citizens also took part in the programme along with school and college girls.
