Haryana : 17 minors escape from Reform Home

New Delhi: On Monday late evening 17 inmates escaped from the Reform Home on Barwala Road in Hisar, Haryana. Three staffers were injured and have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. After the escape of inmates, the police alerted other officers posted on all the points in the district as well as the other districts adjoining the district through wireless.

After the incident, ASP Upasana Yadav visited the Reform Home and checked the situation. After this, a forensic team also reached the spot, who collected clues from the scene.
According to the information, the inmates were being taken out of the barracks at around 6 pm on Monday evening. After the count was completed, they were to be taken for dinner but suddenly some inmates attacked the staff stationed there.
In this sudden attack, the staff was caught unaware. Pulling the key out of the staffer’s pocket, they opened the lock and escaped from there. Talvindra, Sunil and Chandrakant were injured in the attack, who have been admitted to the civil hospital for treatment.

The escaped convicts include the detainees who were locked up in a serious crime. These include children detained for serious offenses such as murder, attempt to murder, robbery, robbery, rape, attempt to rape, threatening to kill. Many cases are registered against many of them in different police stations.
15 teams of district police have been formed. A search operation is also being conducted at night to catch the inmates.
