New Delhi: Today is the 90th birthday of Warren Buffett, the world’s most successful investor. Buffett bought his first share at the age of 11 and today his wealth is 6 lakh crore rupees, or $ 82.6 billion.

Buffet had always said, ‘one should invest in stocks with long-term and better dividend records. Also, instead of outright large investment in shares, it is better to make regular and small investment. Risk is reduced due to regular investment, the average price decreases at a time and the loss is limited’.

Another tip of Buffet is one should not invest by looking at other investors. Invest only if you understand about it. He said, ‘ rumors should be ignored as they run high in the stock market. It  is better to invest in a good company if it is at a fair price, not to buy a fair company share at a higher price.

Warren Buffett’s Golden Rule recommends investing in stocks with long-term and better dividend records. Do not invest in stocks with high risk.

Warren Buffet also suggested investors not to keep greed of earning higher returns. He has said that if you see 15 to 20 percent return then only invest. According to him,  invest money in different healthy companies, which will reduce the risk and  diversify your portfolio.
