FB friend rapes Pune girl, blackmails her with video 

Pune / Jalgaon : NP NEWS 24 ONLINE-  A 20-year-old youth from Jalgaon has been arrested by Pune city police for allegedly raping a girl, who had befriended him on Facebook. The accused had also blackmailed her with their video.

The girl studies in class 11th. The accused Gaurav Rupa Chandankar, a resident of Baliram Peth in Jalgaon. An FIR has been registered against him with Bibwewadi police station in Pune.

According to police, after they met on Facebook, they exchanged phone numbers and began chatting on WhatsApp and he promised to marry her. The accused came to Pune on November 16 and had physical relations with her at a lodge. He again came on November 22 and again had physical relations at the same lodge. He had also made video of the act.

Later he also blackmailed her. He was also sending videos of him writing ‘I Love You’ on his body after cutting with bled. He was also pressuring her to do the same and send him video. This was like now banned ‘Blue Whale Game’.

After her mother came to know about all these, she lodged a complaint with police on November 24. A police team reached Jalgaon on Monday and arrested Chandankar.
