Effective ‘Drug Mix’ Found For the Treatment of Coronavirus Patients with Severe Symptoms!

Dhaka : A team of doctors in Bangladesh have claimed that their research on a mixture of two widely used drugs has yielded “surprising results” in the treatment of patients with severe symptoms of the coronavirus. The coronavirus has killed more than 3,12,000 people in the world so far. This Bangladesh research team included the country’s eminent doctors. This claim has been made at a time when the whole world is trying to find the break of COVID-19 and so far the medical experts of the world are frustrated with the failure. Dr. Mohammad Tariq Alam, Head of Department of Medicine at Bangladesh Medical College Hospital (BMCH), said, “We have got great results. 60 patients of COVID-19 were given a mixture of the two medicines and they all recovered.”

Alam is a well-known doctor of Bangladesh. He said that giving a dose of the commonly used protozoan drug ivermectin to the COVID-19 patients with the antibiotic drug ‘doxycycline’ yielded almost miraculous results. Alam said, “My team gave only two medicines to people infected with the coronavirus which initially had respiratory and other related problems and who were later confirmed with the infection.”
