Mumbai: Disha Salian died late at night on June 8, after her death, the Mumbai police had kept her phone. According to sources, as Disha’s parents and fiance Rohan Roy were not suspicious about her death, the police kept the phone with them keeping in view the law and protocol.

The police are looking for connection between the death of Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian. After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, Disha Salian’s phone was activated, which is being suspected. Talking to Aajtak, Mumbai Police and Disha Salian’s parents have stated that the phone was activated for investigation and there is no conspiracy involved.

Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide on June 14. The news of  Disha Salian suicide was out by the night before Rajput committed suicide.  Disha was Sushant’s former manager and attempts were made to link their deaths.

That is why on June 15, Malwani police officers called Rohan Roy, Disha’s fiance, to the police station. Disha Salian’s phone was opened in front of the police and Rohan. The phone was unlocked and Disha’s social media accounts were checked. For this, the police had to use the internet. Police collected every social media account, WhatsApp, call and other information of Disha. Police verified all the video calls she received or made before the suicide.

Later, the phone was put back in the presence of police officers and Rohan. On June 19, the phone was handed over to FSL for further investigation. According to law and protocol, the police can investigate and check the evidence.

Therefore, there is no conspiracy in the matter of Disha Salian’s phone being opened and being activated after Sushant’s death, nor is there anything wrong. Disha’s parents have also stated that Rohan Roy had gone to the police station on June 15 and the phone was checked in front of him.
