Disha Salian Case : High Court asks complainant to hand copy of petition to state government

Mumbai : A petition has been filed in the High Court seeking CBI probe into the death of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager Disha Salian. The High Court on Wednesday directed the petitioners to provide a copy of the petition to the state government.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha both died under suspicious circumstances and their deaths are said to be linked. Therefore, there should be a CBI inquiry into Disha’s death, said Puneet Dhanda, a lawyer by profession and a petitioner. The petition was heard before a bench of Justice KK Tated and Justice GS Kulkarni on Wednesday. The next hearing is set for November 26.

Sunil Shukla, a friend and gym partner of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has filed a petition in the High Court seeking CBI probe into the suspicious death of Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian.

Disha (28) died on June 8 after falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in Malad. Six days later, on June 14, Sushant, 34, committed suicide by hanging himself from a fan at his residence in Bandra. Sushant, Disha died suspiciously. Shukla has said in the petition that the Mumbai police ignored several factors while investigating Disha’s death.

The petition states that the petitioner (Shukla) has proof that Disha and Sushant were in touch with each other between March and April 2020. CBI is investigating Sushant’s death. Shukla has also demanded that the investigation into Disha’s death be handed over to the CBI.

The real truth of the story of Sushant’s death is hidden between June 8 and June 14. Which started with the suicide of the former secretary. So did Disha’s suicide become the reason for Sushant’s death? Or Rhea leaving his house after Disha’s suicide?

Disha was the former secretary of Sushant. She was the employee of a company that manages the work of celebrities. Through Riya, that company sent Disha as the manager of Sushant. But later, for some reason, Disha left the company. As soon as she left the company, Disha’s contract with Sushant also ended automatically. Now the Disha had nothing to do with Sushant.
