Coronavirus Cases India Update : Highest Single-Day Spike of 14516 New Corona Cases Recorded in 24 Hours, 375 Deaths

New Delhi : Coronavirus cases are increasing in the country and new corona cases are being recorded every day. In the last 24 hours i.e. from 8 am Friday to 8 am Saturday, a total of 14516 new Coronavirus cases have been reported across the country, which is the highest number of cases in a day. With the new 14516 Corona cases, there have been a total of 395048 cases in the country, although there are only 168269 active cases.

With the introduction of new cases of Coronavirus in the country, the number of people who have been cured of infection is also increasing. According to the Union Health Ministry, 9120 people have been cured of Coronavirus in the country during the last 24 hours. With these cases, the total number of people recovering from the Coronavirus in the country has now increased to 213831. The recovery rate of Coronavirus has now crossed 54 percent in the country.

The number of people who lost their lives due to Coronavirus is also increasing continuously in the country, the death rate of Coronavirus has reached above 3 percent. Within the last 24 hours, 375 people have died due to Coronavirus in the country. Till now, this deadly virus has killed 12948 people in the country.

Maharashtra and Delhi have the highest number of deaths due to Coronavirus across the country. Within the last 24 hours, 142 people have died due to corona in Maharashtra while 66 people have died in Delhi. In Maharashtra, the virus has killed 5893 people, whereas in Delhi, 2035 people have died.
