Coronavirus: 60yo Commits Suicide By Hanging Himself at COVID Center in Kondhwa-Yewlewadi in Pune

The 60-year-old patient and his 27-year-old son were admitted here for the treatment of corona.  Both father-son were living in the same room.  The boy had went to get breakfast for both when the 60-year-old patient hanged himself in the bathroom. When the boy returned, he noticed that the father did not open the bathroom door and did not respond, so he called the staff.  Eventually, the police were called.

A 60-year-old patient was found hanging when the bathroom door was broken. The police are conducting investigating in this regard and the details of the incident will come to light after investigation. Municipal Corporation Deputy Commissioner Suresh Jagtap confirmed the suicide and said more details would come to light after the police investigation.
