Budget 2020 Effects : Increased Prices of ‘These’ Things, See the Complete List ‘Here’

New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for the financial year 2020-21 on February 1. In the budget, many big announcements have been made, including income tax slab to increasing bank deposit insurance to Rs. 5 lakh. However, there were some announcements in the budget that would make everyday things expensive and some cheaper. The government has proposed to increase the tax on imported goods in the Budget 2020. At the same time, duty cuts have been announced on some items. This will make mobile equipment, cigarettes, tobacco, edible oil, fans, shoes, slippers expensive, while some items like sports goods, microphones and electric vehicles will be cheaper. Ghee, butter, edible oil, cheese, buttermilk, corn, sugar, preserved potatoes, chewing gum, dietary soy fibre, isolated soy protein, walnuts will be expensive.

Tableware, kitchenware, water filters, glassware, ceramic household items, coffee and tea making machines, toasters, food grinders, ovens, cookers, cooking plates, boiling rings, grillers and roasters, hand sieve will be expensive.
