Avoid ‘Coronavirus’ : Ministry of AYUSH Gave 10 Special ‘Ayurveda’ Tips

New Delhi : Coronavirus has caused panic all over the world. Thousands of deaths are occurring every day due to this epidemic. Now its direct impact is visible on India. At present, there are 1452 corona positive patients in the country. While 47 people have died so far. The good thing is that 142 people have been cured by this epidemic so far. In such a situation, the Ministry of AYUSH has issued some suggestions to avoid corona.

It states that by using Ayurveda, the immunity of the body can be increased. Also, the Ministry has also said that if you see any symptoms of cold, then contact your doctor immediately.

10 special ‘Ayurveda’ tips –
1. Stay at home, do not go out, do yoga asana. Pranayama and meditation can be very beneficial, please do it daily.

2. Drink 10 grams of Chyawanprash daily in the morning. Diabetics take sugar free Chyawanprash.

3. Drink lukewarm water throughout the day.

4. Must use turmeric, cumin, coriander powder and garlic in the diet.

5. Mix clove powder in honey and take it 2-3 times. It will provide relief in cough and sore throat.

6. Steam therapy by adding peppermint or carom seeds in warm water, do this once a day.

7. Make herbal tea, kadha, etc. by adding basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger, raisins. Drink it twice a day. Sugar and lemon can also be added to it.

8. Add turmeric to hot milk and consume it 2 times a day.

9. Add sesame oil, coconut oil or ghee in nose in the morning and evening.

10. Fill a teaspoon of sesame oil or coconut oil in the mouth. Keep it inside for 2 to 3 minutes. Then spit it out. Rinse with hot water. Do this at least 2 times a day.
