App for collection of vaccination info, work in final stages, information given by Health Department

Mumbai : Corona vaccine will be given in priority to health workers working on the frontline. For this, work is underway at the district level in the state to collect information of health sector employees in private and government services. All this information will soon be compiled in a special app created by the state government. The health department informed that the work of this app is in the final stage.

According to the health department, the app will be available next week and will upload information from the district level. This app will contain the dose of the vaccine, the dose to be given again and the schedule of the vaccine. The Central Government will also have access to all the information collected in the app. The app is in the final coding phase. It will be activated soon.

According to the reports, corona vaccine will be available soon. Accordingly, the state government has planned to give priority to Corona warriors working in the front line to stop the epidemic. According to reliable sources, 858 out of 1,258 government, semi-government and private hospitals in the district have registered their demand for the corona vaccine with the Center by the October 31 deadline.

There are good signs that the corona vaccine will be available in the new year. The state government is planning to distribute it in first priority to the Corona warriors. For this, under the control of District Collector Rajesh Narvekar, 858 hospitals in the district along with their officers have registered a demand for this corona vaccine for doctors, nurses, ward boys etc. Of these, 113 out of 156 government hospitals have registered a demand for the vaccine. Out of 1078 private institutes, 745 medical institutes have applied to the central government by October 31.

An expert private institute has registered 858 government and private medical institutes in the district. The online link received by these organizations has demanded vaccines according to the number of medical officers, doctors and concerned staff in the first phase of these hospitals. The link containing this information is sent to the State Government and then directly to the Central Government. Therefore, it is not possible to say for sure how many people will be available in the district, a senior official said. However, sources said that the vaccine is planned to be given to the manpower of government hospitals, health centers, primary health center officials, six municipal hospitals with staff, two municipal councils, health department of Zilla Parishad, medical officers, doctors, nurses, wardboys etc.
