In 2012, Solanki borrowed a loan of 68,814 rupees from the local branch of State Bank of India. However, due to drought, it could not be repaid. The loan amount increased to 9 8,950 rupees with interest. After been reject for 15 months from various departments now he has received some relief. But the question is, why didn’t he receive it before in 15 months?
