Actor and model Divya Chouksey passed away

Mumbai: Actor and model Divya Chouksey passed away on Sunday, July, 12 following a long battle with cancer.

A day before her demise she took to Instagram and informed her friends and followers about her medical condition.

She wrote, “Guys, I have been hospitalized, not in the state to even talk. My cancer is killing me. Pray for easy passing. Sorry just unable to reply. Love to all.”

On Sunday, her death was confirmed by her cousin and friend on facebook. Her cousin Soumya Amish Verma penned a note and wrote, “Mujhe Bade dukh ke saath yeh batana padh raha hai ki meri cousin Divvya Chouksey ka cancer ki wajah se bohot chooti si umar mein aaj nidhan ho gaya hai.”

She has been battling the illness for 1.5 years
