Accused arrested from Thane in killing of 08 policemen in Kanpur

Mumbai: The Maharashtra ATS has arrested One more accused in killing of 08 policemen in Kanpur along with his 30-year-old driver Sushilkumar Tiwari from Thane on Saturday.

On July 11, Juhu unit of Maharashtra ATS got an input that one of the accused in Kanpur policemen ambush killing was seen in Mumbai and Thane area. Based on the tip-off, a trap was laid and two people were arrested from Kolshet Road thane.

One of the accused is 46-year-old Arvind alias Guddan Trivedi, who was involved in many cases with Vikas Dubey including the 2001 murder of UP minister Santosh Shukla.
