A pervert passenger chases woman rickshaw driver in Katraj ghat
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A molestation case has been filed against a person at the Bharati Vidyapeeth Police Station for molesting a lady auto driver. The incident took place near a lodge located in Katraj ghat section on Monday at 10 pm. (Pune Crime News)
The culprit has been identified as Nikhil Ashok Memzade from Hadapsar. A 38-year-old woman rickshaw driver has lodged a complaint at the Bharati Vidyapeeth Police Station. According to the police, accused Memzade was travelling in the complainant’s autorickshaw from Magarpatta, Hadapsar. After the rickshaw reached Katraj ghat, he asked the rickshaw driver to stop. After getting out, Memzade first forced the complainant to join for dinner. When she refused, he slapped her.
“I want to have sex with you right here. No one will come to your help in this darkness,” saying this, Memzade removed his clothes. He sat next to the complainant. The complainant got down from the rickshaw and started running, but the accused chased her in the undressed condition.
The case is being investigated by woman PSI Ghogare.
