74-year-old woman lodges cheating complaint against her 78-year-old husband at Shivajinagar Police Station

The woman living in Panchvati in Pashan lodged a complaint at the Shivajinagar Police Station. Accordingly, the police have filed a case against the 78-year-old man living in the outhouse of a bungalow in Shivajinagar. The incident happened prior to February 12, 2023.
According to the police, both the complainant and the accused are husband and wife.
The complainant and her son are currently living together. For the past few months, the complainant’s husband has been living in an outhouse in a bungalow. The complainant and her husband own a shop in a building on JM Road. An amount of Rs. 10,000 was stolen from the complainant. The name board of complainant’s shop i.e. ‘Fair and Fast’ was removed. Also, it has been stated in the complaint that the complainant has been cheated by erasing her name on the Article of Agreement by forging the complainant’s signature. API Naik is investigating.
