70 Corona Positive Patients Missing From Malad in Mumbai, Police Search On

Mumbai : On one hand, the coronavirus is spreading from Mumbai to the surrounding areas. At the same time, a new problem is coming to the Mumbai city administration. Corona patients are missing from Mumbai. A total of 70 corona positives are missing. Their addresses, whereabouts and phone numbers have been found to be fake. Another surprising thing is that the patients who are missing, when they were called on their mobile, found out that the number given by these people is of a health officer or the policemen.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has failed to find them and has now sought help from the police. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has said that he is trying. Corona patients will be traced quickly. At the same time city minister Aslam Sheikh says that it is true that some people are not able to contact, but they have not run away, maybe some of them are migrant laborers or there is some other reason.

BMC has informed the Mumbai Police that all these 70 people have gone missing in the last 3 months. The COVID-19 report of all these came positive in P-North ward of Mumbai. They all went missing since the report came positive. The BMC has sought help from the Mumbai Police to search all these people through their mobile location and CDR. The P-North area is similar to Malad, where the number of corona patients is increasing.

With this, the multi-storey buildings in Mumbai are now a cause for concern. In fact, after two months of untiring efforts, new cases of corona have come from Mumbai’s slum area Dharavi, but in the meantime new cases of epidemic in multi-storey buildings have increased rapidly.

According to BMC figures, corona cases have increased in sealed multi-storey buildings in Mumbai. It is being said that the rules are not being followed properly in the housing society. New cases have raised BMC’s concern.
