5.3 Magnitude Earthquake in Dolakha- Nepal, After Shocks Felt in Bihar Too

New Delhi : The land of Nepal, the neighboring state of India, was shaken by the strong tremors of earthquake late on Tuesday. Tremors were felt around the Jagu area of Dolkha district of Nepal. According to Nepal’s National Seismological Center, the tremors were felt at 23.53 pm local time in Nepal.

According to Nepalese newspapers, the epicenter of the earthquake was two kilometers away from Sundarwati in Nepal. At present, there is no news of any kind of loss of life or property due to this earthquake. It is being told that earthquake tremors were felt in several districts of North Bihar including Muzaffarpur, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi, Motihari and Samastipur in the border areas of North Bihar adjacent to Nepal.

Tremors were Felt in Delhi Three Days Ago
Earthquake tremors were felt in India three days ago i.e. on Sunday afternoon. Earthquake tremors struck Delhi today for the third time in a month. Its intensity was recorded 3.5 on the Richter scale. The depth of the epicenter is only 2.9 kilometers.

Earlier on 12 and 13 April, earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR for two consecutive days. The first came on April 12 at a magnitude of 3.5 magnitude and the second one struck at a depth of five kilometers with a magnitude of 2.7. The last time the epicenter of the earthquake was Delhi.
