World’s first AI news anchor which nods head, blinks eyes welcomed in China

The digital news anchor does all the live expressions just like a human news anchor. It not only reports all the news non-stop with full efficiency, nods his head in emphasis, blinking and raising his eyebrows slightly.

China based news channel Xinhua has invented an AI based news anchor, the people of China came to know about this when they were welcomed to the news channel Xinhua by the super-efficient AI news anchor.

Chinese who were habitual watching live news anchor on the channel witnessed a digital version of the anchor named Qiu Hao. The anchor reportedly wears a red tie and a pin striped suit.

Qiu Hao, AI news anchor says, “Not only can I accompany you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I can be endlessly copied and present at different scenes to bring you the news”.

Also, this Chinese news channel named Xinhua presented another English speaking AI who said, “The development of the media industry calls for continuous innovation and deep integration with the international advanced technologies … I look forward to bringing you brand new news experiences.”

According to Xinhua, Xinhua and Chinese search engine, Sogou developed the anchors by machine learning to present a lifelike image instead of a cold robot. They stimulated voice, facial movements, gestures of real-life broadcasters.
