Woman abused in Wadgaon Sheri and girl’s modesty outraged in Khadki

A 32-year-old woman staying in Wadgaon Sheri has lodged a complaint at the Chandan Nagar police station and the police have arrested 38-year-old Pramod Pandurang Damodare, a resident of Wadgaon Sheri.
According to the police, when the complainant had gone to the market to buy vegetables, the complainant came from behind and went away after pushing her. He made an obscene sound when the complainant was returning to her house after buying vegetables. He also outraged her modesty by making vulgar comments.
The second incident took place on Saturday night at 10.30 pm near Durga Mata temple on Mula Road in Khadki. A 29-year-old girl has filed a complaint with the Khadki police station.
The police have registered an FIR against Rahul Dharampal Yadav and Sachin Dharampal Yadav, who are residents of Khadki.
The complainant was going home when Rahul Yadav misbehaved with her. When the girl questioned him, the accused went to the girl’s house and threatened to kill her after abusing her. API Kendre is carrying out the investigation.
