Therefore, we have the right to speak in our country. Meanwhile, Irfan also shared an anecdote of his visit to Pakistan, where his religion was questioned.

Irfan Pathan said that in 2004 he went to Pakistan for a series. On this occasion, he along with Rahul Dravid, Parthiv Patel and Laxmipathy Balaji went to a college in Lahore. Around 1500 children were present there and asking various questions. Meanwhile, a girl stood up in anger asked me a question, if you are Muslim then why play for India? Irfan said, “I stood up and said that I do not favor India by playing with India. India is my country. My ancestors are from India. I represent India so I consider myself lucky. Everyone heard my answer and played applause in college. ” Irfan Pathan said that when he bowled, I did not think that I am a Muslim. Because first I am an Indian. Irfan Pathan further said that, if I can go to Pakistan and say proudly about my country, then why can’t I speak in my country.
