Vimantal police bust sex racket at Thai massage centre

Six women including four from Thailand has been rescued by Vimantal police station of Pune City Police, who were allegedly forced into prostitution under pretext of Thai massage centre in Viman Nagar.

Based on complaint from Police sub inspector Chitra Chowdhary, an FIR has been registered against two accused persons and arrested one of them.

According to police, the sex racket was flourishing at Aura Thai Spa centre located in Sky Max building near Dutt Mandir chowk.

After getting tipoff, a team led by senior police inspector Dilip Shinde raided the spa centre. One accused Swapnil Sanjay Gaikwad (33) of Sinhgad road was arrested. Now police are looking for his accomplice.
