VIDEO : Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah cried after being trolled for lingerie photos
Mumbai : Aaliyah Kashyap, daughter of Bollywood’s famous film director Anurag Kashyap, revealed that she was upset with the way she was trolled on social media for posting pictures of herself in lingerie. She said that after sharing such pictures, she was called a ‘prostitute’ by trolls on social media and she was also threatened of rape.
Posting a video on her YouTube channel, Aaliyah said, ‘Social media negativity is something that I know about. Like, I am a very sensitive person and even the smallest hatred affects me, why I do not know. I am sensitive, I cry thinking about it almost every day.’
Talking about the hatred she received for sharing pictures in her innerwear, Aaliyah said, ‘People were telling me that I should be ashamed of being an Indian. People were threatening me with rape, calling me a prostitute, asking me what my ‘rate’ was, There is danger of death on my family and me.’
Aaliyah Kashyap is very active on social networking site Instagram and keeps sharing her latest pictures here. Alia is followed by more than 2 lakh people on Instagram.
