That is why he brought a law, which is commonly known as the Rowlatt Act. That law of 1919 and this CAA law of 2019 will both be known as black law in history.

In this statement, Urmila described the time of the end of the Second World War as 1919, while the Second World War lasted from 1939 to September 1945.
