Two men attacked with knife for insulting ‘Chikya Bhai’

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune Crime News | A group of three to four persons attempted to kill two men by attacking them with knives as they were abusing ‘Chikya Bhai’. (Pune Crime News)

In this case, Harshad Nitin Khilare (18) from Gultekdi has lodged a complaint at the Sahakar Nagar Police Station. The police have registered a case against four persons. The incident took place at Selfie Point at Taljai at 4.30 pm on Sunday.

According to the police, the complainant and his friend were taking pictures at the selfie point, Bhosle, known to the complainant, came along with the other accused. He abused the complainant asking why he was abusing their ‘Chikya Bhai’. He beat the complainant. Bhosle tried to kill him by stabbing him in the chest with a knife. When complainant’s friend Atish Patole came in to rescue him, other accused caught him. Bhosle tried to kill him with a knife. By swinging the knife in the air and abusing people he warned, if anyone tries to mediate, I’ll kill him in the same way. He terrorised people in the area. People fled. The police have registered a case of attempt to murder against the four and PSI Khandale is investigating.
